Need for Speed Unbound Release Date Leaked, Current-Gen Only

While there have been a lot of reports on the internet about the rumored Need for Speed Unbound, Electronic Arts haven’t confirmed anything officially yet. Now, sources have revealed that EA will soon reveal the new Need for Speed game with a trailer and a release date. It’s being said that Need for Speed Unbound will release on December 22.

The trailer is expected to be 2-3 minutes in length and will primarily focus on game’s multiplayer aspect. It’s already being speculated that Need for Speed Unbound is a multiplayer focused game.

Insider-Gaming sources have also confirmed that NFS Unbound won’t be coming to PlayStation 4 and Xbox One as it will be a current-gen release only. Naturally, the game will also release for Microsoft Windows.

Another Insider, The Snitch has also teased a Need for Speed related announcement on Twitter as well. As alway, he shared a cryptic code which decodes into “unbound” which is the rumored name of upcoming Need for Speed game from EA. Since more than one insiders are saying the same thing, all that is remaining now is the official confirmation.

We will have to wait and see if EA reveals Need for Speed Unbound this week, or the reveal happens next week. Either way, it’s good to hear that the next NFS will be releasing this year and won’t be a 2023 release.
