As you may already know, Sucker Punch Productions and Sony Interactive Entertainment will release the highly anticipated Director’s Cut of Ghost of Tsushima on August 20. However, it seems like the game is already out in the wild and people are playing it already. Once such early adopter of Ghost of Tsushima Director’s cut also shared early impressions over at the facebook page of the game.
The impressions of the user were spotted by Youtube user Ghooshy Gaming who quickly made a video on that facebook post which you can check out below:
You can also check out the mesmerizing screenshots of Iki Island as well. I don’t think that there are any spoilers in those screenshots so if you are curious, you can relish their beauty without any worry. The early adopter of the game revealed that the multiplayer mode for Ghost of Tsushima was locked however, the user did confirm that there are 2 new survival maps for the Director’s Cut. Players will also be able to replay duels and missions now.
Furthermore, he also revealed his impressions about how the game looks and feel on the PS5. According to the user, the game has a great draw distance on the PlayStation 5 just like Miles Morales and haptic feedback feels great for the game. Overall, the user had great things to say about the Ghost of Tsushima upgrade.
While there was some controversy about the pricing of the Director’s Cut of Ghost of Tsushima, things are looking good for the game. Sony has also delisted the basic version of Ghost of Tsushima from PSN just before the release of Director’s Cut. While Director’s Cut costs same on the PSN now, the removal of the basic version means that the game might not go on sale for some time now. The basic version of the game however, did go on sale since its release.
Since it’s still a couple of days since the release of Director’s Cut, we will advise you to stay alert as there can be heavy spoilers for Iki Island as the game is already in the hands of users. The reviews for the expansion should also be out before the release date so stay tuned for them as well.
