An average game of PS5 is around 50Gb unless you are a big fan of Call of Duty which will cost you 200GB. While PS5 has an official size of 825 GB 667.2 GB free for games. 79.543 GB to experience the wizard world is a fair deal.
Even in a year that is expected to generate a higher-than-usual number of video game blockbusters, Hogwarts Legacy appears to have surpassed all of its competition. Its flexibility as a multiplatform release, paired with the Harry Potter IP’s sustained power in the face of criticism and controversy, means that if Hogwarts Legacy delivers, it will be a monster. And early pre-orders indicate that, regardless of what the reviewers say next week, initial sales will be massive.
Hogwarts Legacy was topping sales rankings in a few areas as early as a month ago, but as of today, little over a week before release, we have:
- Hogwarts Legacy is the highest-earning game on Steam, surpassing CSGO’s microtransactions and the recently launched, highly acclaimed Dead Space remake.
- Hogwarts Legacy has outsold Dead Space and Borderlands 3 during a 90% off deal for $7 on the Epic Store.
- The Deluxe and Regular versions of Hogwarts Legacy are the best-selling PS5 titles on Amazon.
- The two Deluxe editions of Hogwarts Legacy, as well as the normal editions, are the best-selling titles on Xbox Series X on Amazon.
Hogwarts legacy is set to release on 10th of February this year with a pre-load version on 7th February if you want to play it on early access.
